🎤 Speaker: Dr Ayushi Gupta – Renal Specialty Registrar, Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

Dr. Ayushi Gupta is a renal specialty registrar at Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She recently completed a Renal Quality Improvement Fellowship with Oxford University Hospitals and the Royal College of Physicians, during which she led Changing Culture, Cutting Carbon - a multi-site Green Nephrology sustainable QI initiative across the seven-site Oxford Kidney Unit, with interventions spanning machine practices, waste, pharmaceuticals, and staff and patient engagement.

She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians Sustainability Group and contributes to regional kidney network sustainability workstreams. Her clinical and academic interests sit at the intersection of sustainable kidney care, supported home dialysis, frailty, and person-centred decision-making in advanced kidney disease.
