On 14th January the OT Susnet Network was lucky to have Lizzie Andare presenting on her work and reflections on the role of Occupational Therapists working with displaced people in her home country of Kenya. For those who would like to see the recap please see here:
Lizzie is an engaging speaker and was warmly welcoming and open to questions. The discussion benefitted from global perspectives not only from Kenya but from an OT from South America currently living and working in Haiti which brought another dimension to this increasingly widespread situation.
