Dr Amanda Young, will speak for the Nursing Network at the CSH about the Queen’s Nursing Institute and how they support community nurses with their sustainability work. Dr Young has a PhD in palliative care at Lancaster university specialising in end-of-life care in care homes, graduating in 2016 and moved back into nurse education at Anglia Ruskin University to teach Adult nursing with an emphasis on long term conditions, Advance Practice and Palliative Care. She is currently the Director of the Nursing programmes (Innovation and Policy) at the Queen’s Nursing Institute.
