Despite evidence of its benefits, physical activity isn't routinely a part of NHS treatment for mental health conditions.

Sport England have been working in collaboration with two NHS Talking Therapies services for anxiety and depression to explore how physical activity can best be integrated into psychological treatment.

And after a three-year study, Camden and Islington’s iCope and Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies have released an impact report and toolkit on the effectiveness of this integration.

You can join a webinar on Tuesday 1 October, from 2-3pm, to hear more about the pilot. The webinar joining link and downloadable resources are available via this hyperlink: Mental health | Sport England
